Inside the factory

High-speed automatic thermoforming

Our design and manufacturing equipment gives you a reliable supply of consistent packaging. Automatic labelling, gluing and absorbent-pad machines let us deliver packs that are customised and traceable.

  1. Extrusion

    Plastic sheet is extruded in-house at the thickness each pack requires.

  2. Thermoforming

    Heated sheet is formed over the mould on four automatic thermoforming lines.

  3. Punching

    Formed packs are punched out of the sheet and stacked for packing.

  4. Labelling and padding

    Labels and absorbent pads are applied automatically, so packs arrive line-ready.

We work with 70% and 100% post-consumer recycled content, and collect and reprocess all production scrap. Top-seal formats reduce the plastic in each pack further.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a tooling charge?

Not for stock items. Products made on our existing moulds carry no tooling charge and have short lead times. A tooling cost applies only to fully custom designs.

Can you make a custom size or shape?

Yes. Our team handles the whole custom project in-house: design, rapid prototyping, tooling and production. Send a sample, drawing or the dimensions of your product to start.

Which materials do you offer?

The main materials are PET, RPET (recycled PET) and PLA, with PP available for heat-sealed and heated applications. RPET is available with 70% to 100% post-consumer recycled content.

What certifications does the factory hold?

The factory is certified to ISO 22000:2018 and FSSC 22000 for food packaging and packaging materials, holds Global Recycled Standard (GRS) 4.0 certification, and is audited by SGS.

How are orders shipped?

Orders ship by sea on FOB, CIF or DAP terms. Door-to-door delivery is available for the United States and Canada.
